Christmas Eve - 5 mile run

Today I ran roughly five miles in Harbison Forest. Here's what happened:

MORNING
Awoke with the now typical discomfort in my right hip pelvic connection. This is different from the discomfort I feel in the adductor region after running. This typically subsides soon after the day begins.

PRE-RUN
Rolling cylinder massage

RUN (7:00 am)
Ran nice and easy with some buddies. This is a 6 mile course. I walked roughly one mile. At full health, I could typically do this training run in roughly 55 minutes. Today it took about 1:25 (given pace and walking).

During the run, my groin muscles felt tight (both sides, though the right side was more pronounced.

POST-RUN
Did about 20 minutes of stretching right after the run. Felt very tight still. Through the day, my right adductor region felt sore. This did not subside until nearly the end of the day.

MEDS
Morning and afternoon doses of Nabumetome (700mg)
