06-17-10 - Gym (Cycling and weights)

Symptoms
so-so sleep last night. Symptoms really seem to be taking longer to subside. Feel the highly central, deep, root of the tree soreness more than anything, especially at night.

Symptoms
A better nights sleep last night, but still feel the looming vague soreness when lying down or sitting for long periods. This is the same-old "root of the tree" medial tendenitis-like feeling. I feel like it will never go away.

Definitely feel that the right-side pectineus/pelvic tubercle area is still problematic. Not really sure if it is the source of the problem or one of two or more problems.

Symptoms
Last night was a bit better. Still felt gnawing sorenes (again, deep, frontal, root of tree), but at a much lower level than Sunday night. Still feel the odd pectineal twinge when driving, so I know that part of the injury persists.

It seems that after some stressful event (E.g., running, swimming, etc.) it can take a good bit of time for my symptoms to subside (days). Today is Tuesday. The bulk of my activity this past weekend occurred on Saturday. If I am lucky, I might "feel safe" to try more activity tomorrow. But at this point, I'm not sure.

Symptoms
A terrible night's sleep last night. "root of tree" soreness all night. Sensitivity extended to lower abdomen (left and right side). Problem doesn't feel linked to the right side (pectineus region) specifically, but neither do I feel that that problem is gone in any way. Hurts somewhat when I sit for a while.

The Plan
No running this week. Maybe do some upper body weights and/or YMCA stationary bike

06-13-10 - Swim

Symptoms
root of tree soreness persisted (low-level trough the day). It appears that swimming exacerbates the issue (esp. since my kids wrestle with me in the water)

be less active during swims... hold off on runing during week, opt for YMCa stationary cycle.

Symptoms
Run went well through mile 7. After this, lower abdomen felt tight and sore. Had to relax pace and walk some.
