06-12-10 - RUN 9 miles

Run 9 miles; swim 20 minutes

Stretch 20 minutes after running

Glucosamine w/ Chondroitin / B6 / E / Multi-Vitamin

Symptoms
Run went well through mile 7. After this, lower abdomen felt tight and sore. Had to relax pace and walk some.
