02-03-10 - Wed. - BIKE-BBALL

Activity
Bike 30 minutes (easy/moderate); minimal impact basketball (just shooting); stretch between each (4X adductors, pera-formis, quads, calves)

Symptoms
A bit tight in the hip flexor from Yoga. Some adductor/Pectineal discomfort. But the bike went well, and I felt fine afterward.
