02-09-10 - Tues. - YOGA

Activity
B-ball warm-up (light shooting only); Yoga class

Meds
Naproxen (1 X 500mg)

Supplements
Glucosamine w/ Chondroitin / B6 / E / Multi-Vitamin

Symptoms
Same issues: Feel some soreness when sitting (right-of-center pectineal region on the pubic bone). Felt very good after Yoga session, but general symptoms continued unabated.

TESTICULAR QUIRK - I've described one type of symptom as musuclar / soft tissue soreness / tenderness front, center and deep (root of the tree). I should add that this soreness seems to extend to my testicles. They appear to be unusually sensitive. It takes very little contact to cause a twinge of soreness.

The Plan
Not sure. Forced rest. Try to find a sports/groin specialist?
